Kod4d Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kod4d platform operated under the domain kod4d.ws. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and kod4d ("Company", "We").

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms:

• Register a new account at kod4d
• Making any deposit into your account
• Using any game or service provided by kod4d
• Clicking the "Register" or "I Agree" button on the platform
• Continuing to use the platform after any updates to these Terms

To register and use kod4d's services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old. kod4d takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Citizenship: You must be a lawful resident or citizen of Malaysia with legitimate access to online services.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not a kod4d Employee: Immediate family members or kod4d employees are not permitted to register as players.

During registration on kod4d, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. kod4d reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests that exceed a specified limit.

• Accurate Information: Your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid active email address must be provided accurately.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• KYC Verification: For withdrawals exceeding RM3,000, or when requested, you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting a valid copy of your identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Updating Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Please contact the kod4d support team if you need assistance with any changes.

Kod4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Kod4d supports a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Ownership of Funds: All deposits must come from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. kod4d does not accept payments from third parties.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal Time: kod4d endeavours to process all withdrawals within 15 minutes. However, withdrawals exceeding MYR10,000 may require additional review within 24 hours.
• Fees: kod4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal Before Rollover Completion: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the bonus rollover requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.

Kod4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the applicable rollover requirements.

• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Generally, rollovers range from 5x to 15x depending on the bonus type.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, device, or IP address.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses not used within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days) will expire automatically.
• Betting Limits When Using Bonuses: While playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet per round or wager is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• kod4d's Rights: kod4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice in the event of misuse or fraud.
• Bonus Non-Transferable: Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.

Kod4d offers a wide range of game categories, including online slots, Live Casino (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), table games, and popular titles. Each category has its own specific rules, which can be found within the respective game interface.

• Final Results: All game results are final. kod4d uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software to ensure fairness.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, kod4d reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet amount to your account balance.
• RTP Displayed: The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is displayed in the respective game information and represents a long-term average.
• Win Limit: Maximum winnings for certain slots may be capped at a specified amount as stated in the relevant game rules.

Kod4d's Sports Betting service covers a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more. Sports Betting is subject to the following additional rules:

• Odds: All odds displayed are in European (Decimal) format and already include market margins. Odds are subject to change up until the match starts or during live betting.
• Bet Accepted: A bet is only considered valid once confirmation has been received from the kod4d system. Any technical issue occurring during the bet placement process will result in the bet being voided.
• Cancelled / Postponed Matches: If a match is cancelled before 90% of play time has elapsed (for football), all bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Live Betting: During live betting sessions, system delays may occur. kod4d is not responsible for any decisions made based on delayed information.
• Match Fixing: If there is evidence of fraud or match-fixing in any event, kod4d reserves the right to void all related bets.

To ensure fairness and security on the kod4d platform for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Identity Fraud: Registering or using another person's account, or providing false information during registration.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning, using, or sharing more than one kod4d account, whether directly or through a family member at the same address.
• Bonus Abuse: Using any improper method to exploit the kod4d bonus system, including bonus arbitrage or bet coordination.
• Money Laundering: Using the kod4d platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in player-versus-player games.
• Use of Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threats or Abuse: Directing threats, abusive language, or unlawful behaviour toward kod4d staff or other players.

Kod4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasonable cause. Members also have the right to close their own account.

• Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting the kod4d support team. Any valid balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned within 3 business days.
• Temporary Suspension: kod4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account for investigation purposes, without deducting your funds, if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Permanent Closure: An account may be permanently closed if a breach of these Terms is established. In such cases, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee of RM10 per month or closure following prior notice.

Kod4d is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that online entertainment should remain purely a source of fun — not a cause of financial stress.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: The loss limit tool allows you to set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Play Break: The "Break" option allows you to pause all gaming activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling has become a problem, you may apply for self-exclusion, which will permanently block your access to the kod4d platform.
• Not for Underage Players: If you suspect someone under 18 is using an adult account, please contact us immediately.

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failure, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Game results that have been disputed but already validated by our certified RNG system.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding kod4d's services, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Contact the kod4d customer support team via Live Chat or email at support@kod4d.ws within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident.
• Step 2 – Internal Investigation: kod4d will investigate your complaint within 5 business days and provide a written response.
• Step 3 – Appeal: If you are not satisfied with the initial decision, you may appeal to our management team within 14 days.
• Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the legal principles mutually agreed upon at the time the agreement was made.

Kod4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes deemed material will be communicated to you via your registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect.

Continued use of the kod4d platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
